Overview

Support the E-Comm Lead towards business development within India Region for Foods category, formulating strategy and drive the E-com Sales on key customer accounts in line with global e-commerce strategy. Work closely with the Key accounts and generate business and revenue. The role independently manages identifying, evaluating and onboarding of all new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate relevant market competition and take proactive measures to drive the Sales & Share AOP delivery for the channel
  • Understand the e-com business models and the levers to establish category captaincy.
  • Develop insights with customers and drive strategic activation plans
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to forecast demand and deliver OFR
  • Work closely with TS & commercial teams to ensure promo & visibility spends as per guardrails set for the business
  • Establish & deliver the NPD metrics and ensure healthy mix of NPD revenue
  • On-board new and upcoming E-Com customers
  • Qualifications

    Education: MBA from tier 1/2 B-school with a 3-4 years of experience 

  • Industry: E-Commerce or Quick Commerce or FMCG
  • Functional Experience: e-Commerce Business
  • Strong planning, execution & analytical skills
  • Strategic thinking and agenda setting; sharp business acumen with external focus and consumer / technology trend orientation
  • Creative passion – in terms of disruptive biz model and brand / sales activation
  • Result-orientation, entrepreneurship and business building skills
  • People leadership, bias for building a learning organization
  • Strong relationship building skills
