Position: Assistant Manager
Roles And Responsibility:
 Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines
domain.
 Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee
Benefits Policies.
 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for
the company.
 Addressing and resolving key clients’ queries and complaints.
 Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
 Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
 Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to
ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
 Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and
stakeholders.
 Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and preparing
customized solutions.
 Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of
each client& long-term goals.
 Building relationships with clients.
 Negotiating deals with clients.
 Analysing data and market trends.
 Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.
Responsibilities:
 Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and
serve users authorized by Function Heads;
 Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be
built and run to best meet business objective;
 Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
 Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
 Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.
Skills Required:
 Proven experience in key account management.
 Candidate who is knowledgeable about the products and services for Corporate Business
 Candidate should be self-driven.
 Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
 Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
 The ability to build rapport with key clients.
 The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
 Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
 Exceptional customer service skills.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
