Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Retention

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-end B2B clients in architecture, interiors, and hospitality.
  • Ensure consistent communication through structured monthly follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Monitor order statuses, product feedback, and ongoing satisfaction metrics.

CRM & Ticket Flow Ownership

  • Manage incoming client inquiries (product details, stock availability, order updates) from various channels.
  • Use CRM (Zoho) to document interactions, monitor issue resolution, and generate reports.
  • Maintain a service-first, solution-oriented tone that reflects the brands high standards.
