Job Description
I am seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join a respected multi-disciplined, design-and-build mechanical services specialist. Operating within the commercial sector, they manage mechanical installations ranging from £50,000 to £1.5M. The company provides a fully in-house design and build service, now proudly achieving an annual turnover of approximately £25M continuing to grow steadily and organically.
The Key Accounts Manager will act as a central figure in the preconstruction phase, ensuring that clients experience clarity, confidence and continuity from initial enquiry through to tender submission and project handover. This role bridges technical understanding with relationship building finesse, making it ideal for someone with a background in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Engineering who wants to step into a more client facing position.
