Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling strategic accounts (Samsung including global sites) by defining and driving sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of bookings, revenues, and business goals.
  • Provide leadership in performing key account sales strategy to deliver the company’s booking and revenue targets, optimize profitability, and strategically deploy customer-facing teams aligned with the company strategy.
  • Ensure there is a driven focus on the customer, sales force efficiency, price optimization, a profitable portfolio mix, targeted promotions, and an effective account management strategy.
  • Work very closely with MSD EM commercial leaders and cross functional leaders and partners in Korea to help create initiatives focused on communicating and cultivating relationships with customers, driving run rate business, and generating new business.
