Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to drive process improvement and efficiency across our production sites.

• Analyze key performance indicators such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Units Per Hour (UPH), cycle time, and yield to inform operational performance.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams under close supervision, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

1. To achieve this goal, the Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for:

 Analyzing manufacturing metrics to identify areas of improvement
 Identifying opportunities for cost savings through process optimization
 Developing and implementing effective solutions to address operational challenges
