Lead a high-performing team of researchers in Mexico City to deliver timely, high-quality insights for consulting cases and knowledge initiatives across the Americas.

• Team Leadership: Manage 10–15 researchers; set goals, coach, manage performance/compensation.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing research teams. They should be able to analyze complex information, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, prioritize tasks under pressure, work collaboratively in a global environment while maintaining cultural intelligence.

• A proven track record of successful research management (5+ years) with at least 3 years leading research teams in consulting or professional services.
