**About the Role**
Are you passionate about driving process improvements and system enhancements in supply chain operations? As the Logistics Key User for Order to Cash, you will be the primary point of contact for system users regarding functionalities and system availability within the Order to Cash process in 1NAV and related systems. You will play a crucial role in advancing local process improvements, supporting global system expansions, and harmonizing Order to Cash processes across the WEST EUROPE region.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the first contact for system users on process-related and technical questions in daily operations and projects, collaborating closely with central and local support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
+ Manage the systems and help enhance the processes behind order intake, return bookings, customer invoicing, credit notes, customer conditions, and promotions.
+ Continuously monitor local workflows, analyze error sources, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
+ Evaluate process and system changes in coordination with decision-makers. Translating business needs into clear requirements, ensuring that decisions are made based on the correct technical and business context.
+ Organize, coordinate, and execute necessary functional tests involving process owners and end-users.
+ Plan and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of system changes. Good communication and documentation are key.
+ Act as the liaison for global and regional teams when system functionalities or applications are centrally updated, including participation in core system version testing.
**Your Profile**
+ University degree (Master’s preferred) or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, or related fields.
+ Commercial training background is a plus.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or related functions with IT exposure.
**Skills & Competencies**
+ In-depth knowledge of **Microsoft Dynamics One Navision** and Royal Canin’s business processes and workflows.
+ Excellent command of **English** , both written and spoken.
+ Strong **communication and presentation** skills.
+ **Analytical mindset** with the ability to understand functional and technical interdependencies.
+ Detail-oriented and **solution-driven approach** to work.
+ Proficient user of MS Office applications.
+ **Acting independently/autonomously as expert** , proactively solving problems, identifying risks, and setting priorities while ensuring continuous alignment with managers and stakeholders.
