Responsibilities : - Design and implement advanced technology solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency in sourcing and supply chain management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate o9 Coupa and Kinaxis platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization. - Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps effectively. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and system configurations to ensure clarity and consistency. - Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Lead initiatives to enhance sales planning and execution processes leveraging technology to drive efficiency and accuracy. - Oversee the implementation of new technologies ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations and maximum benefit to the organization. - Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on the companys strategic objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. - Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable secure and aligned with the companys long-term vision. - Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements to maintain optimal functionality. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience with o9 Coupa and Kinaxis Fundamentals demonstrating a deep understanding of their functionalities and applications. - Have a strong background in sourcing planning (retail) supply chain management and sales planning & execution with a proven track record of success in these areas. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. - Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Show proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. 9.
