Kinaxis Solution Consultant

<p style="margin-left:48px"><b>Job Title: Kinaxis Solution Consultant </b></p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p style="margin-left:48px"><b>5+ years of proven experience in Kinaxis supply planning implementations is mandatory.</b> <b>Project, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is required.</b></p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p style="margin-left:48px"><b>Experience as a user or superuser is not counted.</b></p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p style="margin-left:48px">Kinaxis experience could be in either Demand Planning or Supply Planning or both. 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis is desired, but we can consider candidates with lesser experience too, if they are identified as having the right skills and experience.</p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> </p> <p style="margin-left:48px"><b>Qualifications</b>:</p> <p style="margin-left:48px"><b>Education required:</b><br /> Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or similar fields<br /> MBA / Master's degree or equivalent in Supply chain / Logistics is preferred nut not a must<br /> <br /> <b>Tech Experience</b>: 8+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions with deep expertise in Kinaxis or similar supply planning solutions.<br /> Implementation experience and functional knowledge of material planning systems and processes is desirable<br /> Hands-on experience of integration between Kinaxis and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC is highly desirable but not a must<br /> Experience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, make design decisions, and for testing and delivery<br /> Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines</p> <p style="margin-bottom:16px; margin-left:48px"> Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skills</p> <p style="margin-left:48px"><b>Scope</b>: Responsible for solution design and delivery of Kinaxis system </p> <p style="margin-left:48px"> Excellent understanding of Kinaxis solution footprint, with a deep knowledge of Supply planning solutions<br /> Leads/Facilitates business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis and To-Be design workshops and subsequently be able to write a solution design document to support business requirements<br /> Ability to review functional specs and designs, and provide inputs to influence and enhance the quality of deliverables<br /> Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities.<br /> Working experience of implementing planning solutions for a large global manufacturer or CPG company. This is preferred but not a must.<br /> Ability to configure planning solution of Kinaxis, and be able to implement solution independently with some oversight from Kinaxis architect<br /> Ability to influence business decisions on technology, through experiences and by sharing industry best practices and methodologies<br /> Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies<br /> Assist Delivery manager and Kinaxis architect in project planning including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines.<br /> Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners<br /> Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget</p>
