Notice Period:- Immediate Joiner- 1 Month

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 4+ years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on work in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.

• Demonstrated experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.

Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Technical Skills:

Kinaxis Rapid Response Expertise

• Deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Advanced scripting experience using Kinaxis-specific languages (e.g., RapidTables) for data manipulation and custom workflows.

• Experience in integrating Kinaxis with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining data models in Kinaxis to ensure high-quality and consistent data flows.

• Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within Kinaxis, and optionally connect with BI platforms.

• Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations

Functional and technical Experience SCM Planning.

• Documenting requirements and processes (e.g., Process flows)

• Working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Kinaxis Rapid Response Author certification or Contributor certification will be an added advantage.
