**Position Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse Solution Consultant . The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to understand business challenges and design solutions that improve supply chain performance.

**Key Resposibilities:**

• Engage with clients to understand their supply chain requirements and challenges.
• Lead discovery meetings to identify pain points and gather detailed requirements.
• Present customized Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions based on client needs.
• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions using Kinaxis.
• Prepare proposals, workflows, and use-case demonstrations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse as per project scope.
• Guide best practices during Kinaxis implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Kinaxis during sales and delivery cycles.
• Support sales teams with technical insights during pre-sales discussions.
• Deliver product demos and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical information.
• Serve as the main link between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure progress and clarity.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to clients.
• Gather feedback to improve processes and future implementations.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (implementation, configuration, or solution design).
• Good understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
