Position: Kinaxis Solution Consultant

Contract Position

The Kinaxis Solution Consultant will support end-to-end supply chain planning and forecasting initiatives, delivering integrated Kinaxis solutions across the full planning horizon. This role focuses on solution design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery for Kinaxis planning implementations, with a strong focus on Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning.
• Conduct business diagnostics, As-Is analysis, and To-Be process design workshops; translate requirements into solution design documentation.
• Configure and implement Kinaxis solutions independently, with guidance from an architect when required.
• Review functional specifications, designs, and existing systems to identify improvement opportunities.
• Influence technology decisions by applying industry best practices and supply chain planning methodologies.
• Support project planning activities, including effort estimation, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), final business sign-off, and go-live activities.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks impacting scope, schedule, or budget.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience (projects, enhancements, or POCs); user or super-user experience does not qualify.
• Strong expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning modules.
• Experience with material planning processes and large-scale supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with integrations between Kinaxis and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work in agile delivery models and fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Notes

• Experience in large global manufacturing or CPG environments is a plus.
• Candidates with slightly less than 5 years of Kinaxis experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong functional expertise and implementation capability.
