<p class="x"><b>Job Title: Kinaxis Supply Planning Consultant</b></p> <p class="x"><b> </b></p> <p class="x"><b>Role Overview</b></p> <p class="x">The role is responsible for solution design, delivery, configuration, and support of Kinaxis planning solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery managers.</p> <p class="x">________________________________________</p> <p class="x">Key Responsibilities</p> <p class="x">Lead solution design and delivery of the Kinaxis system for client.</p> <p class="x">Develop a strong understanding of the Kinaxis solution footprint, with deep expertise in Supply Planning.</p> <p class="x">Facilitate business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis, and To-Be design workshops.</p> <p class="x">Create and maintain solution design documents aligned with business requirements.</p> <p class="x">Review functional specifications and designs; provide inputs to enhance solution quality.</p> <p class="x">Assess existing systems and tools; recommend process and system improvements.</p> <p class="x">Configure and implement Kinaxis planning solutions, independently with guidance from a Kinaxis Architect.</p> <p class="x">Influence business and technology decisions using industry best practices and prior implementation experience.</p> <p class="x">Deliver projects in fast-paced, agile environments.</p> <p class="x">Support project planning activities including estimates, timelines, and detailed plans.</p> <p class="x">Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support final business sign-off.</p> <p class="x">Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and issues impacting scope, schedule, or budget.</p> <p class="x">Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.</p> <p class="x">________________________________________</p> <p class="x"><b>Required Qualifications</b></p> <p class="x"><b>Education</b></p> <p class="x">Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</p> <p class="x">MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred but not mandatory</p> <p class="x">________________________________________</p> <p class="x"><b>Experience & Skills</b></p> <p class="x">8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions</p> <p class="x">5+ years of hands-on Kinaxis implementation experience (mandatory)</p> <p class="x">Project, enhancement, or POC experience required</p> <p class="x">User or super-user experience does not qualify</p> <p class="x">Kinaxis experience in:</p> <p class="x">Supply Planning or</p> <p class="x">Demand Planning or</p> <p class="x">Both</p> <p class="x">Strong understanding of material planning systems and processes</p> <p class="x">Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC highly desirable</p> <p class="x">Experience supporting large global manufacturers or CPG companies preferred</p> <p class="x">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</p> <p class="x">Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities</p> <p class="x">Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic delivery environment</p> <p class="x">________________________________________</p> <p class="x"><b>Additional Notes</b></p> <p class="x">While 5+ years of Kinaxis experience is preferred, candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong relevant skills and implementation capability.</p>
