<p>Role Purpose:<br/><br/>The GM - Maintenance is a plant-critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring high asset reliability, minimal breakdowns, strong safety performance, and disciplined preventive & predictive maintenance systems across all electrical, mechanical, and utility assets.<br/><br/>This role is not firefighting-oriented.
