Job Description


  • Assist Food & Nutrition Department with daily operations and lesson preparation.
  • Prepare ingredients and equipment, portion food, and manage inventory.

  • Clean and maintain kitchens, utensils, and equipment; ensure hygiene and safety standards.

  • Support practical exams, events, and ad-hoc departmental activities.

  • Requirement:

    • Minimum primary school education with valid food hygiene certificate.
    • Experience in food preparation, hygiene, and cooking; school environment experience preferred.

    • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment usage.

    Duration/Working hours

    1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2206)

    Mondays to Fridays: 7 am to 1 pm, no lunch break
    Service not required during school holidays; i.e. 1 week in Mar, in
    June, 1 week in Sep, in Nov and Dec, Saturdays, Sundays and
    gazetted public holidays...
