Job Description
Prepare ingredients and equipment, portion food, and manage inventory.
Clean and maintain kitchens, utensils, and equipment; ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Support practical exams, events, and ad-hoc departmental activities.
Requirement:
- Minimum primary school education with valid food hygiene certificate.
Experience in food preparation, hygiene, and cooking; school environment experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen equipment usage.
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2206)
Mondays to Fridays: 7 am to 1 pm, no lunch break
Service not required during school holidays; i.e. 1 week in Mar, in
June, 1 week in Sep, in Nov and Dec, Saturdays, Sundays and
gazetted public holidays...
