Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure food items are properly stored, labelled, and rotated (FIFO practice)
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during meal preparation and service
- Assist in plating and packing food orders when required
- Dispose of waste and keep workstations clean and organized
- Assist in inventory checks and replenishment of kitchen supplies
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Chef
Requirements (optional add-ons):
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- At least 1 year experience.
