Lexington is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team!

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the kitchen is kept clean accordingly and instructed by Head Chef
  • To assist the kitchen in the preparation of food as directed by chef team
  • Assist with deliveries and adapt the correct procedure of all food storage
  • Attention to detail with all equipment and crockery
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within time scales
  • Ensure attendance of all relevant training and development courses
  • Liaise with head chef to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently
  • Working alongside the chefs
  • Adaptable with a keen eye for hygiene levels
  • Ensure all health & safety and food safety regulations set out onsite are met
  • Organised and enthusiastic with the ability to go the extra mile
