Kitchen Assistant (Pet Food Central Kitchen)

We are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations in our pet food central kitchen. Training will be provided. Job Scope: - Daily kitchen production work (cutting, portioning, packing, cleaning) - Operate common central kitchen equipment (training will be provided) - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, work areas, and equipment - Receive, move, and store ingredients and supplies - Perform other ad-hoc duties when required Requirements: - Able to stand for most of the work shift - Able to lift and carry items weighing ~20-30kg - Can handle all types of meat and organs (non-halal meat included) - Willing to work overtime and on public holidays (compensated) if required - Willing to commit long term - Malaysian, age from 25-35, ability to speak Chinese preferred - Good if able to start immediately - Willing to come for a paid trial Prior kitchen or food production experience is a plus, but not required Working hours and environment: - 5.5 days per week - Central kitchen environment (no customer-facing duties) - Located within 10 mins from Sembawang MRT - Small, organized team Salary: $1,600 - $2,000
