Kitchen Assistant

The Wright Group are currently looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Shanagarry.

Kitchen Operations

• Ensure food is prepared and stored according to food safety standards
• Help with plating and presentation where required
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and wellorganised kitchen at all times
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and storage
• Dispose of waste correctly and follow recycling procedures
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns to management
• Work cooperatively with kitchen and frontofhouse staff
• Support a positive, friendly working environment
• Be flexible and willing to assist where needed
