Job Description


• Maintain safe food handling practices and station cleanliness


• Assist in food preparation and manage a station  (e.g. ingredients, soup, pasta, sides)


• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor


• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal of the kitchen (housekeeping)


• Washing of kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils, pots, pans)


• Work together to ensure proper operations running smoothly according to standards set

  • 5-day work week (Sunday & Monday off)
  • Japanese Steakhouse at Upper Thomson
  • Food Hygiene certification required
