we are hiring for our new branch in Naccach, Antelias.
The Kitchen Crew Oven is responsible for baking all flat breads upon guests’ requests and supervisees the preparation of all doughs.

Main responsabilities:

-Handle preparation tasks as per guidelines before rush hours

- Make sure all stations are full of conforming ingredients.

- Prepare the mise-en-place of the baking section.

- Supervise the dough quantity and quality preparation as per standards.
- Respect portioning guidelines while preparing food items at all times.

- Direct the Kitchen Clerk pastry and assist with additional kitchen duties as needed.

- Prepare Manoushe as per TLB standards for customers for Dine-In, Takeaway and delivery.
- Fill daily checklists and forms
