Roles & Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in supporting chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically. Your responsibilities include:

• Food Prep Support:

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking

• Portion and assemble dishes according to recipes
• Assist chefs with cooking and plating during service

• Kitchen Maintenance:

• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils

• Sweep and mop floors, dispose of trash, and maintain hygiene standards
• Ensure food is stored at correct temperatures and labeled properly

• Inventory & Stocking:

• Receive and store deliveries

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
