You will follow our established procedures for washing and maintaining all utensils, glassware, and dishes while adhering to safety and sanitation requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently load, run, and unload the dishwashing machine according to our protocols. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and report any machine issues immediately. Wash, store, and organize all kitchenware and tableware while ensuring an adequate supply for service. Regularly clean and organize the dish area, including proper waste disposal. Keep restroom facilities clean and well-stocked through routine checks. Conduct regular cleaning of kitchen mats and outdoor areas.
