Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, stoves, and other cooking and food preparation appliances.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty kitchen equipment, ensuring minimal downtime in operations.
  • Conduct cleaning and sanitizing of equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order replacement parts as necessary and maintain an inventory of essential kitchen spare parts.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a High school or Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate
  • At least 2 years working experience in the related field
  • Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagram
  • Can do basic troubleshooting in kitchen equipment and gas supplied equipment
