West HQ is recruiting for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Hand Supervisor to join our kitchen operations team. This role is responsible for supervising and supporting the stewarding team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

About the role

Kitchen Hand Supervisor plays a hands-on role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are spotless, and that safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld.

Duties could include:

  • Washing kitchen equipment and dishes
  • Maintaining a constant supply of clean materials
  • Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and hygienically maintained, including mopping of floors and removing garbage
  • Cleaning of wash-up areas
  • Ensuring that kitchen cleanliness is of the highest standard
