Job Description


  • Prepare and portion food ingredients for cooking lessons; set up kitchen workstations.
  • Assist teachers and students during lessons; operate kitchen appliances safely.

  • Clean and sanitise kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas; maintain overall kitchen hygiene.

  • Handle basic inventory, restocking, and verification of food orders.

  • Support lesson preparation, classroom setup, and other departmental activities.

  • Weekly deep cleaning of cookers, ovens, sinks, and refrigerators; manage perishable stock.

    Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or similar support roles; experience in schools preferred.
  • Skilled in ingredient handling, portioning, and basic cooking techniques

  • Knowledge of kitchen cleaning, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards
