  • 3+ years as a KM in a high-volume, casual dining kitchen

  • Strong with food & labor cost control (within 2% of target)

  • Hands-on leader—on the line during peak, coaching in real time

  • ServSafe certified (or able to get certified within 30 days)

  • Confident with MS Office, POS systems, and BOH software

  • Must be able to: Build accurate prep sheets and order guides
    Maintain brand standards and plate consistency
