At Wahoo's, our Kitchen Managers are responsible for:
- Directing and leading a kitchen staff in many areas, such as recipes and execution of food prep and presentation, proper storage of all foods, cleanliness and organization of all back-of-the-house areas, as directed by the Southern Nevada Health District.
- Ordering food products from our preferred venders
- Scheduling of kitchen staff
- Training of all new hires
- Following all kitchen checklists.
- Cooking and preparing food as a line employee when volume of business and staffing needs requires it.
