At Wahoo's, our Kitchen Managers are responsible for:
  • Directing and leading a kitchen staff in many areas, such as recipes and execution of food prep and presentation, proper storage of all foods, cleanliness and organization of all back-of-the-house areas, as directed by the Southern Nevada Health District.
  • Ordering food products from our preferred venders
  • Scheduling of kitchen staff
  • Training of all new hires
  • Following all kitchen checklists.
  • Cooking and preparing food as a line employee when volume of business and staffing needs requires it.
