Key Responsibilities:
* Kitchen Operations Management:

* Oversee daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards for Tawouk sandwiches, burgers, and all other menu items.

* Monitor food production to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

* Implement and enforce proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.

* Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning correctly and maintained regularly.

* Manage kitchen workflow during peak hours to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Staff Management and Development:

* Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.

* Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

* Quality and Hygiene Standards:

* Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP principles).

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.

* Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

* Implement and monitor proper cleaning schedules for all kitchen areas and equipment.

* Menu and Recipe Adherence:

* Ensure all staff consistently follow standardized recipes and preparation methods for Tawouk sandwiches, burgers, and other menu items.

* Provide training and retraining as needed to maintain consistency in product quality.

* Problem Solving:

* Proactively identify and resolve kitchen-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or quality control problems.

* Handle customer feedback related to food quality or preparation in a professional manner.

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with the restaurant Manager to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.

* Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience (3+ years) as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role in a fast-food or casual dining environment.

* Demonstrated expertise in preparing and cooking fast-food items, particularly Tawouk sandwiches and burgers.

* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices (HACCP certification preferred).

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.

* Proficient in inventory management and cost control techniques.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

* High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

* Ability to work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment.

* Manual dexterity and coordination for food preparation.
