North Hill is a not-for-profit senior living community just outside Boston, offering restaurant-quality dining using fresh, seasonal ingredients — all in a structured, mission-driven environment. We’re seeking a Kitchen Manager who brings strong culinary leadership, operational discipline, and pride in service.


This is a hands-on role for a chef who wants to cook well, lead well, and still have a life.


What You’ll Run

  • Daily food production from ordering through execution

  • Fast-paced, consistent meal services with high standards

  • Inventory, food cost control, and vendor ordering

  • Scheduling, coaching, and accountability for a culinary team
