Kitchen Porter

Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of the Talbot Collection, are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, be flexible and must be available to work mid-week & weekends and upto 39 hours per week.

Main Duties:

• To ensure that the kitchen is maintained to an acceptable standard of hygiene at all times;
• Areas of responsibility: a) pot wash b) pot/pan storage areas c) Kitchen/larder areas and surrounds d) Rubbish skip areas  e) Hygiene in kitchen and storage areas  f) wash up area g)staffing areas
• To ensure that all crockery is cleaned and available for the departments as they are required;
