Job Description
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas while supporting kitchen operations in a fast‑paced environment and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
What you'll be doing
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchens, dishwashing, pot‑washing, and back‑of‑house areas at all times
Operate dishwashing and pot‑washing equipment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
Wash, sanitize, sort, stack, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment safely and properly
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and chemical safety standards, including Malaysian Food Act requirements
Dispose of waste and recycling materials according to company and local authority guidelines
Clean large kitchen equipment as assigned following procedures
