Seasonal Position in Greece
Cooking in a holiday resort in Greece is not the same as cooking at home. It’s faster. It’s structured. It’s teamwork under pressure.
When guests walk into the restaurant, they don’t see the organisation behind the scenes. They see presentation. They see timing. They expect consistency. That consistency starts in the kitchen.
This is a seasonal leadership role in Greece. You relocate for the season — but without the usual relocation stress. Your accommodation is organised before arrival. Meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly in the resort in Greece.
Your responsibility goes beyond preparing dishes. You coordinate kitchen processes, support food production, maintain hygiene standards and ensure service runs smoothly. You stay calm during peak hours. You understand timing. You guide less experienced kitchen staff when needed.
