Overview

We are looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth coordination among kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and culinary knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and food preparation activities
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing for kitchen supplies
  • Train and motivate staff to follow recipes and maintain consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen area
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning and operations
