Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 depending on expereince
Hours: Monday to Friday 06h30 to 15h30

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
* Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
* Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
* Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
