Salary starts from RM2,100 per month / Gaji bermula dari RM2,100 sebulan
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparefood and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
• Trainingkitchen staff on menu and proper methods of food preparation and handling.
• Managingand controlling inventory & minimize food wastage.
• Keepingkitchen clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow theclosing checklist for kitchen stations.
• Assistingin overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members.
• Promptlyreport food quality or shortage problems to Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager.
• Conductingregular inspections of the entire kitchen/dish-washing areas and coolers andpromptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection and reportingissues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager.
• Adheringstrictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
