Kitchen Sushi Associate

Job Overview

Reporting to the Kitchen Department Head or his/her delegate, this position is to make, fry, cut, pack, weigh, label and prepare various food products in advance for customers to choose from in the Kitchen and Sushi department. The position is responsible for preparing various types and quantity of food items based on orders received (such as Sushi, Rolls, Sashimi, Teriyaki and/or others) and stock products onto the display cases in the sales area and display cooler. Provide good customer service to our customers by fulfilling their requests, and maintain inventory and workplace cleanliness.

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 36 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec.
