Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment including cooking appliances (ovens, fryers, stoves), refrigeration units, dishwashers and other essential kitchen machinery.
  • Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with kitchen equipment including electrical, mechanical and plumbing problems. Perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore equipment functionality.
  • Installation and Setup: Install new kitchen equipment, set up systems and calibrate them to ensure that all equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of kitchen equipment.
