Kitting Supervisor

**Job summary and scope**:
Manage a large and complex kitting operation and labor provider. Supervise labor provider working within established operational systems. Identify shortcomings in existing production processes, systems, and procedures; deliver straightforward improvements to production processes and methods. Help management to implement quality assurance change initiatives and/or make continuous process improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all quality related documentation and records are created, filled out completely and accurately, and records are maintained, (kitting reports, conversion sheets, drawings, BOM, etc.)
- Identify root cause for productivity and quality issues, and write corrective action reports when needed
- Work closely with with external assembly suppliers to ensure production compliance and process transparency
