About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our eCommerce clients.

This is not a coordination role - you'll own the client relationship end to end, supported by world-class copywriters, designers, and tech specialists.

Your mission:

  • Drive retention, growth, and email marketing revenue for our clients
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client accounts
  • Communicate clearly, directly, and fast with clients and internal teams
  • Build trusted relationships that keep clients retained long term
