Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in education, instructional design, training and development, or a related field with 1-2 years experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field
  • Diploma in education, instructional design, training and development, or a related field with 3-5 years experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field
  • Certified Professional is desirable. (e.g., CPLP, CTDP, CPTM, COP, CPTM, ATD Certification, HRCI)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare training programs, materials, and e-learning modules
  • Prepare training content to address specific knowledge gaps and training needs
  • Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, tests, and evaluations.
