WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
7–10 years of experience in health informatics, bioinformatics, or clinical data domains
Advanced proficiency in
graph-based data modeling , knowledge graph construction, and semantic integration
Deep knowledge of
RDF, OWL, SPARQL , and
graph databases
(Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
Experience with NLP techniques, including working with unstructured biomedical text
Proficiency in
CI/CD environments
(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and containerization tools (Docker, Singularity)
Hands-on experience with ontology curation and terminology services (e.g., SNOM...
