My client is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager who can organise information, improve processes, train teams, and ensure that knowledge is utilised effectively and efficiently across the business.

• Create and update knowledge articles (guides, FAQs, procedures)
• Make sure information is clear, up to date, and easy to find
• Improve how knowledge is written, stored, and shared
• Ensure teams follow knowledge processes and flag issues when needed
• Communicate updates when processes or policies change
• Find ways to improve efficiency and fix what isn't working
• Track usage and quality of knowledge using simple reports and metrics
