Overview
The Training – Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving high-quality training and knowledge resources for our customers and internal teams. This role plays a key part in enabling effective service delivery by transforming complex software features and workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation and learning materials.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create, maintain, and update online knowledge base articles, user guides, and tutorials for customers.
- Develop and maintain internal support documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides.
