Job Description: Knowledge Management Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Proprietary Platform Management (Sharepoint)

  • System Mastery: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the account's proprietary LMS/Knowledge Site. Responsible for all administrative functions available to the vendor.
  • User Management: Manage access rights and user groups for HGS users, ensuring new hires have immediate access and termed employees are removed promptly to maintain security.
  • Platform Liaison: Act as the single point of contact for the account's internal team regarding site bugs, feature requests, enhancement recommendations or downtime reporting.
  • Content Ingestion: Take raw information provided by the client (Race Guides, Athlete Guides, Refund Policies, Merchandise SOPs) and format it for optimal display on the client's site.
