Knowledge Manager

Location: Canberra, ACT
Type: Permanent | NV2 Clearance
We’re looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to drive service excellence and improve ITIL-based processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the life-cycle of Knowledge Articles.
  • Oversee Service Request Management and compliance.
  • Identify process improvements and leverage AI for efficiency.
  • Coordinate service delivery and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Knowledge and Service Request Management.
  • Strong ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • NV2 Security Clearance
