TASQ is currently seeking a Knowledgebase Manager for the Financial Service Desk in Taguig. The pre-screening interview will be conducted via phone.

Position Overview: Knowledgebase Manager - Service Desk Financial (Taguig)

Work Setup: Onsite (BGC Taguig)

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a service desk line of business within the BPO industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a knowledge base (KB).
  • Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledge base articles for a service desk account.
  • ITIL Certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in web design is also beneficial.
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage for the employee and two dependents starting on day one.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses.
