KO Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Phillips Staffing is seeking motivated individuals to join the team at a leading manufacturer of electronic components and capacitors in Simpsonville, SC!The ideal candidate displays strong attention to detail and quality as well as excellent communication skills. They must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules. Responsibilities:

• Unload product from rack 
• Inspect product for defects before loading onto machine
• Troubleshoot problems on machine 
• Inspect for defects before loading product into cure oven 
• Change material on machine
• Do periodic quality checks throughout the process, in a timely manner
• Maintain 5S standard
• Wear proper PPE, Safety Glasses, Gloves for oven
