Having -3-6 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

. Design, configure, and deploy workflow solutions using Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) to support business process automation.
. Develop and optimize document classification, separation, and extraction workflows using KTA capabilities.
. Design and develop KTA SmartForms and form-based user interfaces, ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
. Implement custom business rules, service integrations, and workflow logic using C#/.NET custom components and KTA SDK.
. Build and customize Kofax Insights dashboards and reports, including creating custom dashboards for operational monitoring.
. Integrate KTA workflows with external systems such as ERP, CRM, cloud services, and content management platforms.
. Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security following best practices and cloud architecture standards.
. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across KTA workflows, document processing, forms, and custom components.
. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
. Provide documentation, technical support, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
